Tonga Public Holidays for 2017

20th December 2016 English|Tongan The official Public Holidays confirmed for 2017 are as follows:

In 2017, three days are observed in accordance with the Public Holidays Act(Cap.51), i.e Emancipation Day(June 4), Birthday of the Heir to the Crown (September 17) and Constitutional Day (November 4), since these public holidays specified, falls upon a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, that public holiday shall be celebrated on the next following Monday.

Other public holidays are observed on the actual days it occurred.
